Terms of Service

Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off Period:
The period within which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.

Consumer:
A natural person not acting in the course of business who enters into a distance contract with Core Skin.

Day:
A calendar day.

Ongoing Transaction:
A distance contract relating to a series of products or services delivered over time.

Durable Medium:
Any tool that enables the consumer or Core Skin to store information for future reference.

Right of Withdrawal:
The consumer’s option to withdraw from the contract within the cooling-off period.

Entrepreneur:
The natural or legal person offering products at a distance — in this case, Core Skin.

Distance Contract:
A contract concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of Core Skin and the consumer, using distance communication.

Means of Distance Communication:
Any method enabling a contract to be concluded remotely.

General Terms and Conditions:
These Terms of Service of Core Skin.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts between Core Skin and the consumer.

Before any contract is concluded, these Terms are made available electronically. Upon request, a copy will be provided free of charge.

If additional product-specific terms apply, the consumer may rely on the provision most favorable to them.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Any unclear situations shall be interpreted in the spirit of these Terms.

Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer has limited validity or specific conditions, this will be clearly stated.

All offers are non-binding and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible.

Images may vary slightly due to screen or lighting differences.

Each offer clearly states:

Product price (excluding customs or import taxes where applicable)
Shipping costs
How the contract is formed
Right of withdrawal
Payment and delivery terms
Price validity period
Available languages

Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and completes the order process.

Electronic acceptance is confirmed immediately by email.

Core Skin reserves the right to refuse orders or impose conditions if payment risks or fraud are suspected.

After conclusion, the consumer receives confirmation including:

Contact details for complaints
Withdrawal instructions
Warranty information

All contracts are subject to product availability.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (90 Days)

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 90 days of receiving the product.

During the cooling-off period, the product must be handled with care and only inspected as reasonably necessary.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

Notify Core Skin by email within 90 days of receipt
Return the product within 90 days after notification
Provide proof of return (tracking number)

Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being declined.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Core Skin.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned item is received or proof of return is provided.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

Custom-made or personalized products
Hygiene-sensitive items once opened
Perishable goods
Sealed audio, video, or software products once opened

Article 9 – Price

Prices will not increase during the validity period stated in the offer.

Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the consumer.

Pricing or typographical errors do not bind Core Skin.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

Products must meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability.

Any defects must be reported within 14 days of discovery.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

Article 11 – Delivery and Fulfillment

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the consumer.

Delivery occurs within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.

If delivery is delayed beyond this period, the consumer has the right to cancel the order and receive a refund.

Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery.

Article 12 – Payment

Payments must be completed within 7 business days unless stated otherwise.

Any payment inaccuracies must be reported immediately to Core Skin.

Article 13 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovery.

Core Skin will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

Valid complaints may result in repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.

Article 14 – Disputes

All contracts between Core Skin and the consumer are governed by Hong Kong law, regardless of the consumer’s country of residence.
