Returns and Refunds

At Core Skin, your satisfaction comes first. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident trying Core Skin in your skincare routine. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


90-Day Return Policy

You may return your order within 90 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In its original condition

  • Preferably in the original packaging


How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@core-skin.com with your order number and a short explanation for the return.

  2. Wait for confirmation from our support team. We’ll provide the correct return address based on where your order was shipped from.

  3. Securely package the item — ideally in the original box.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided.

  5. Send us the tracking number so we can follow the return.


Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Initiated Returns

(Changed mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer needed)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The exact cost depends on the shipping carrier you choose.

Returns Due to Our Error

(Damaged item or incorrect item received)

  • You will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We will cover the cost or provide a prepaid return label when possible.

Note: Return shipments are generally sent to our fulfillment location in Asia, unless stated otherwise.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
If the return meets our conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Timing

  • Refunds usually appear within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • If you don’t see the refund yet, please check with your payment provider — some banks take longer to process.

  • If it still hasn’t appeared, contact us at info@core-skin.com ,and we’ll be happy to assist.


Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund.

To cancel:

  • Email info@core-skin.com

  • Include your order number

  • Use “Cancellation” as the subject line

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled — but you may still return it once it arrives under our 90-day policy.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize.

Please email info@core-skin.com within 90 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Photos taken on a flat surface with labels clearly visible

We’ll send a free one-time replacement.
If the replacement also has an issue, we’ll issue a full refund.


Product Issues After Use

If a product issue appears after use and seems related to manufacturing (not normal wear and tear), please reach out. We stand behind the quality of Core Skin products.

Normal wear or cosmetic changes caused by regular use are not considered defects.


Gift Orders

If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can offer a gift credit for the value of the returned item once the return is approved.


Missing or Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived or appears lost, contact us at info@core-skin.com.

Our priority is making sure you receive your product. In most cases, we’ll arrange a replacement before proceeding with a refund.
